Kelli enthusiastically helps leaders locally and nationally with tools that produce habits and actions to achieve their goals.  Coaching is a newer practice speaking to today’s leaders typically seen in the business sector as well as personal growth.  Over the 7 months of meeting,  the INCM Coaching program helps Kingdom Workers move forward in their leadership while facing challenges and obstacles that seem insurmountable.

Meet Miss Kelli

Entrepreneur, Women’s Advocate, retired KidMin Director, International Ministry Speaker, and now Author, Kelli Romero marks her 34th year in ministry by publishing her first children’s book; “Goodbye Isn’t Forever.”  Kelli is recognized as a ministry curator and fierce motivator traveling the world reminding Kingdom Workers of their significance.  Kelli prides herself as a “survivor of the unfairness of life”, notably known for using her experiential wisdom as it relates to training of leaders & volunteers, church conflict, advocating for women and for creating space for authenticity in all areas of church life. Kelli served on staff for 23 years at her local church, taught as a CPC Breakout Speaker and recently became certified as an INCM Leadership Coach. Kelli has taught at countless churches throughout the nation and abroad, namely training Sunday school teachers at Camp Humphrey’s in South Korea.  She’s also a proud member of the 2019 team that organized the first ever Latin American Children’s Ministry Conference in El Salvador.  You can find Kelli in her new chapter of life playing pickleball, tending to her chickens,  and training her hunting dog “Ellie.”  Kelli and her husband Simon reside on their ranch in Norco Ca., aka “Horsetown USA”

K E L L I   E S P I R I T U – R O M E R O

I have accomplished much in my ministry career here in California.  The friends that have become like family, witnessing the lives that changed because of Sunday School, VBS, AWANA and Wagon Train Camp.  Living life with those I served is something I will forever cherish.

But even though the joy is priceless…I believe I have benefited more from the suffering.  I have fallen more in love with Jesus having survived the storms He allowed.

I know there are many like me who serve or have served in ministry and suffer in silence.  Abused and confused.

I pray you understand that the journey that Christ is taking you through is survivable.  It’ll be taken care of in HIS timing.  I promise.

I pray by sharing my story, some part of it will empower and remind you that God allowed the trial and He isn’t surprised by it.  He wants to reveal Himself to you in ways you’ve only read about.  Christ is in this trial, storm, drama, situation…this meantime.  What will you do as you wait for heavenly answers to earthly prayers?

God has a perfect purpose even in the pain… if we surrender in utter obedience to His will in our lives.

My journey isn’t over but as I heal and post, I hope you are encouraged and reminded of God’s love.
